You may return your item within 30 days of delivery if it arrives damaged, defective, or significantly different from what was ordered.

To request a return or refund, please contact our support team with your order number and photos of the item if applicable.

Once your return is approved and received, your refund will be issued to your original payment method within 5–10 business days.

Please note:

• Items must be returned in their original condition where possible.
• Shipping fees are non-refundable unless the item is faulty or we made an error with your order.
• We do not accept returns for damage caused by misuse or normal wear and tear.
